Advance tickets: Tickets can be purchased securely online by clicking here. You must bring a printed ticket or download the app on your phone to scan your ticket at the entrance.

At the event: Tickets may be purchased at festival (cash only) both days of the event. 
ATMs will be available on-site.

Ticketed guests will receive a wristband enabling them to exit and reenter throughout the day. The wristband only allows access for the day purchased.


Parking is available on the streets of Canandaigua. Attendees can also park at Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) and CMAC (G lot) off East Lake Road and take the free shuttle to and from the festival. Shuttle hours are 10am-5pm.


Select food trucks will be on-site throughout the festival and the Upstairs Bistro will be open inside the NY Wine & Culinary Center. Please visit our Wine & Food page to learn more.

Wine Check

You’ll love this! Open from 10am to 5pm, our Wine Check counter allows you to check your purchased wine—one bottle or cases—and pick it up when you’re ready to leave the festival.


All individuals purchasing a Wine Garden ticket (wine tasting) must be 21 or older. Individuals younger than 21 years of age can purchase an education pass for $10 and will not be allowed to taste any alcoholic beverage served at the festival. All attendees will need to show valid ID at the door.

First Aid and Security

24-hour security and EMS services will be available to ensure the safety of all guests and volunteers.

Pet Policy

Official service animals are welcome; however, other pets are not allowed at the festival.
